Sports, Fitness & Recreation

Programs in this area develop fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment and social skills.

Daily fitness activities, organized games, individual and team sport activities along with recreation programming are offered at each Club. Targeted programming is offered on a rotating basis at our sites and includes: components of the Triple Play and Healthy Habits programs for mind, body and soul, Junior NBA and Junior WNBA, Youth Flag Football, and Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (R.B.I.).
